We are committed to ensuring that you get the support you need, while receiving the Gilead product you've been prescribed. That's why we’ve created MAX Gilead Patient Support Program™ – a program specifically designed to assist patients prescribed Biktarvy™, Complera®, Descovy®, Genvoya®, Odefsey® or Stribild®.

MAX Gilead Patient Support Program™ card verification

To find out the support you're eligible to receive – for ongoing help and guidance to financial assistance – please enter the Client ID from your MAX Gilead Patient Support Program™ card in the space provided below:

If you have any questions on how to enrol or on services provided by MAX Gilead Patient Support Program™ , call 1-855-711-4MAX (4629) between 8 am and 8 pm EST Monday to Friday, or talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Please note: For Biktarvy™ Patients – the unique client ID (UCI) on your Biktarvy™ Patient Assistance Card will only allow you to select Biktarvy™.

Card Activation

To activate and use your patient support card and attain financial assistance, please complete these three steps:

1. Activate Your Card: Take five minutes to complete the required enrolment process. If you would like to be kept informed if future benefit programs become available, please consent when activating your card.

Once you have completed the required steps, your patient support card will be activated and ready to use within two hours.

2. Present Your Card: Bring your card and your prescription to the pharmacy and present them to your pharmacist.

3. Keep Your Card: Please ensure you keep your card for all future pharmacy visits.
